• Be respectful — no harassment, shaming, or judgment of anyone's experience.
• Don't share anyone else's identifying information, including your own real name in a post.
• Don't post medical claims as fact — share your experience, not a diagnosis.
• No spam, scams, or unrelated promotion — legitimate businesses should submit a listing instead.
• Report anything that feels unsafe — every post and comment can be reported, and our team reviews all reports.

Posts and comments go through moderation before appearing publicly. Repeated violations can lead to an account being suspended.
