How It Works
Search a concern
Type what you're experiencing — a condition like "BV," a symptom like "dryness," or a product name. As the Product Sellers, Products, and Newsfeed directories launch, one search will surface matching providers, products, and posts across all three.
Filters
Every directory can be narrowed by Condition and Country — Product Sellers add a Category filter (clinic, hospital, pharmacy, and so on) and seller-name search; Products adds product-name search. Filters stay in the URL, so a filtered view is always shareable.
Anonymity on the Newsfeed
Posts and comments show as "Anonymous" to everyone — including other women browsing the feed. Behind the scenes, your account stays linked to your own posts only so you can edit or delete them and so our moderation team can act on reports. That internal link is never shown publicly.

Listings you can trust
Every business or product submitted through List Your Business / Product goes to a review queue before it goes live — nothing publishes unmoderated.
